In a dramatic scene, under the cover of a blizzard, the Senate passed a vote 60 to 40 for Health Care Reform. The procedure requires this vote to be called 4 times, the last is scheduled for Christmas Eve. The snow storm that hit the northeast on Saturday required that New Jersey senators be flown in for the session by government plane.
